Konya Tropical Butterfly Garden, which is Turkey's first butterfly garden and Europe's largest butterfly flight area, was opened to visitors in 2015. Tropical Butterfly Garden has a usable area of 7,200 m2. Service is provided in a 3,500 m2 excursion area in two main sections: Butterfly Flight Area and Insect Museum. In the construction of the building, 630 tons of steel and a glass curtain wall cladding system consisting of 1730 pieces of glass, each of different sizes, were used. In addition, special PVB material was used on the windows, which allows the butterflies to find their way with the rays coming from the sun, as in their natural environment, and provides maximum penetration of UV rays into the garden. Our garden was built in the form of a butterfly, in accordance with nature, in order to instill the love of nature and animals in adults, especially children. The garden temperature is kept under control at 28 °C and 80% humidity.

Sille has been inhabited since the Phrygians until today and has been an important settlement of Konya since the Byzantine period and one of the first centers of the Early Christian era and an important stopping point on the pilgrimage route between Istanbul and Jerusalem.

In 327, Helena, the mother of Byzantine Emperor Constantine, stopped by Konya on her way to Jerusalem for pilgrimage and saw the carved temples here from the early Christian era. Helena, impressed by the believers' struggle for religion and worship despite the difficult conditions, had a temple built for Christians in Sille.

There are also museums, mosques, a dam lake and a historical bathhouse in the historical Sille Village.
