After the booking confirmation, and within 12 hours of the transfer start time, you will be contacted, preferably via WhatsApp, by the driver assigned to drive you in order to final check your flight number and ETA, the transfer details and meeting procedures as follows:

On Arrivals you will be sent a diagram/map of the arrivals area of the airport showing the path and the place where you will be met. There a professional, experienced and friendly driver will be waiting for you carrying a sign with your name written on it. He will welcome you, then escort and assist you with your luggage to the interior parking lot and into the vehicle. You will, then, be driven in a safe, professional and comfortable way to your destination in a modern, clean and confortable vehicle in which you have at your disposal bottled water, refreshing tissues, free on-board Wi-Fi and mobile Android/IOS Charger. Upon reaching your destination, and if parking is possible/permitted, the driver will assist you into the reception/front desk.

On departures a professional, experienced and friendly driver will be waiting for you on the reception/front desk of your accommodation at the scheduled time. He will then escort you to the vehicle assisting with your luggage. You will, then, be driven in a safe, professional and comfortable way to te airport or station in a modern, clean and confortable vehicle in which you have at your disposal bottled water, refreshing tissues, free on-board Wi-Fi and mobile Android/IOS Charger. For Lisbon Airport Terminal 1 flights your drop-off location will be in premium interior Parking lot in the departures area, where you can easily and comfortably take an elevator into the Check-In area.
