This excursion leads you to the western part of the island .
West of Kissamos and North of the beautyful village of Kaliviani , streches the impressive Gramvousa Peninsula .
Starting from the port of Kissamos , followed by a pleasant voyage , we will reach Gramvousa , where the ancient shipyard of Tersanas will catch your attention , as well as the geological phenomenon of land elevation by 6 to 9 meters above the sea level . Here you will have the opportunity to either enjoy the beach with crystal clear water and the amazing view of the never ending sea lagoon , or climp on the top of the steep rock to see the Venetian castle (Optional ).
Afterwards we will take a second short boat trip to the fabulous Balos Lagoon , a shallow and warm water Lagoon and one of Crete's Loveliest spots .Here you can enjoy plenty of time swimming in the inviting crystal clear waters of Western Crete and sunbathing at the white sandy beach .

After the bus/coach picks up all the participants , the Journey to Kissamos Port (Chania region) will begin .
The journey is approximately 3,5 hours .
After a long but scenic journey , we will arrive at the port of Kissamos , that we will get on board so the real journey to Paradise can begin .
After a short 1hour cruise we will arrive at one of the most romantic scenes of Europe , Gramvousa Beach .
Here we will spent approximately 1,5 hour , swimming , relaxing , sunbathing and more .
**Optionally the travelers can explore the Venetian Fortress of Gramvousa and it's Breathtaking view (Extra Entrance fee :01,00euro per person ).
After a Short cruise that will alst approximately 15'' minutes , we will be disembarked once again ,but this time at the Beautyful scenery of Balos Lagoon that we will spent about 3hours .
After a day full of fun , we will take the boat back to Kissamos Port , in order to meet our Bus there .
The cruise back will last approximately 1hour and 45''minutes .
Upon arriving at Kissamos Port , we will go on the Bus to begin the journey back to hotels .
The return from Kissamos till Heraklion will last approximately 3,5h
