Enjoy Diving activity along the beautiful Arrábida Coast, southwest of Lisbon, 30 km south of Lisbon, affords a rewarding 8 hours active tour experience. 3 hours Diving implies the use of safety equipment (included) and is assistance by experienced professionals. Swim and even also snorkel with the sea to truly explore the underwater world and interact with shoals of colorful fish under a calm sea, explore coral reefs or seaweed forests, discover caves or even some shipwrecks. During this experience, you will go through the basic safety procedures for enjoyable scuba diving under the watchful eye of an active Instructor. Then relax and have some leisure time and lunch grilled fish in Sesimbra. After learning about wine production you're ready for the best wine tasting in one of Portugal's largest and most prestigious wineries in Portugal. The Diving activity will be in Arrábida/Sesimbra near Lisbon its where you will find the best spots for practicing this sport, because it combines the surroundings of natural protected area with the blue and green of translucent waters.

You can swim and even snorkel in the sea to truly explore the underwater world and interact with shoals of colorful fish under a calm sea, explore coral reefs or seaweed forests, discover caves or even some shipwrecks.

As this activity necessary implies several security measures, it should be assisted and monitored by experienced professionals. The use of safety equipment is mandatory (included).

For all Diving activities our Emergency Plan is implemented, and personal safety equipment is used, such as life jackets, first aid kits, oxygen kits, intercom radios, etc. All equipment complies with CE or ISO safety standards. The Diving activity is performed by a certificate and experience company of Active Tourism responsible for all Diving activity, including its maintenance and the regular conduction of activities, normaly during Spring/Summer when the public keen of outdoor activities is in search for the cool and calm experience. However the activity can take place at any time of the year.

During 3 hours Diving is the best ways to explore this natural Hidden Paradise.

Arrábida Diving is for those who want to test the waters and try scuba this tour gives you a glimpse of what you can expect to experience in the underwater world. During this experience, you will go through the basic safety procedures for enjoyable scuba diving under the watchful eye of an active Instructor. You will learn skills such as equalizing your ears, buddy checks, basic buoyancy control, underwater communication, and more. You will also be given an introduction to basic scuba equipment followed by an underwater tour in the local marine reserve.

At a short distance from Lisbon, Sesimbra by car/van (less than 30-minutes drive) this tour included pick-up and drop-off at your Hotel. lunch at the beach and a wine tour and tasting. This tour will take you on a lovely drive along the beaches of the Arrábida National Park.
