Fossen Bratte waterfall, also known as "The Bridal Veil" is a waterfall with a drop of 79 meters. We can walk all the way down to the waterfall, a hike of about twenty minutes for the roundtrip. Driving time from Bergen is about one hour.
Steinsdalsfossen waterfall, an amazing waterfall, there is a path that You can walk from the parking lot and up to the waterfall. The path actually goes in behind the waterfall itself, so You will suddenly find Yourself litterally two feet away from the water pouring down just in front of You. A one of a kind experience! Driving time for Fossen Bratte to Steinsdalsfossen is about 45 minutes.
We stop for a while at a beautiul viewpoint along the Hardangerfjord, a really good opportunity for photograps. Some of the pictures included in our description is from this spot. Driving time from Steinsdalsfossen to Hardanger stops is about thirty minutes.
We take off from the main road and drive the narrow and curvy road towards Skjervet where we will do a stop at Skjervofossen waterfall. Depending on traffic we sometimes are so lucky that we can stop in the middle of the road, having the waterspray from the wash our car. Driving time fro Hardangerfjord to this stop is about thirty minutes.
Here our driver will stop and to charge the car before returning to Bergen. You will have time on Your own to explore the village of Voss, with all it's small perky shops, reaturants, cafeterias, Voss Gondol, the old stone church and so on.
Good chanche to grab a bite to eat, or just wander around the village for a while.
Driving time from Skjervsfossen to Voss is about thirty minutes, and finally from Voss to Bergen is about 1,5 hours.
