Our office hours (10:00-22:00 JST) are for pre-booking inquiries. On the day of service, for any issues (e.g., cannot find the driver, running late), you must call your driver directly for the fastest resolution. Calling the office will cause delays.

This is a private service scheduled for you. Please be ready at the designated pickup point (e.g., your hotel lobby) at the confirmed time. The driver can wait for a maximum of 30 minutes after the scheduled time before the service is considered a no-show, with no refund provided.
