13:10- Under renovation
After 10 mins walk from the starting point as Sapporo station, we will visit the temporal tour facility and the octagonal tower, which is only seen this close during the construction.

This building is essential for learning about the history of Sapporo, and even while it is under construction, you can learn about the thoughts and history behind the building.

13:40- Snow Brand Parlor Main Shop
After we walk 5 mins from Akarenga, there is Sapporo sweets shop with more than 50 years of history of selling.
Taste the finest soft-serve ice cream if you like!

Recommended sweets are the refreshing soft-serve ice cream made with fresh milk and the smooth and elegant ice cream made for the emperor around 1961. Try your favorite sweets!

14:05- Sapporo Clock Tower (Self-guided tour)
It takes 5 mins to get to the symbolic landmark in central Sapporo from Snow brand shop.
the Clock Tower serves as a museum with displays about the building's history and the clock.

You can enjoy the beauty of the clock tower just by looking at it from the outside. However, please take your time and take a tour of the inside. You can feel the vitality of the building that was used as part of the agricultural school, as well as the many parts that move the clock of the Sapporo Clock Tower.

After 10 mins walking later, a place of relaxation for the tourists and Sapporo citizens.

When the weather is nice, Odori Park is filled with picnickers, children playing in fountains, and people walking their dogs.

The grilled corn (Yaki-Tokibi), which can only be eaten at Odori Park's wagon, always smells good and whet your appetite.

Stop 5

14:35- Sapporo TV Tower

We will enter the observation deck which stands at 90.38 meters above ground and offers splendid views over the city.
(The entrance fee is included)

This time we will climb the TV tower in the daytime. In the daytime, you can see Odori Park, the sea of Ishikari leading to Otaru, and wind turbines. If you like it, go to the observatory at night and enjoy the night view.

15:15- Nijo Market
10 mins walk from TV tower, there are stores that have been in business for more than 100 years, and the market has a long history with many regular customers.
Fresh Hokkaido seafood is on display.

You can buy seafood on the spot or have it shipped. In addition to restaurants, there are also shops that let you sample seafood, so if you have any questions, please ask the professional staff.

15:30- Tanukikoji 1 chome (Tanukikoji Shopping Street East Entrance)
From here, the tour will be free to disperse.
We will take you to the Underground Walking Space (Chikaho) if you wish.

Even if it rains, the tour will continue as is, weather permitting. Please bring your own umbrella, rain shoes, and umbrella if necessary.
We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes as much as possible, as you will be walking in places you are not used to walking.
When there is snow, the width of the sidewalk becomes very narrow. For safety reasons, depending on the snow and road conditions, we may walk through underground walkways instead of outdoors during the tour.
