Tour (Winemaker for a day) where you will make your own bottle of wine, we will provide you with all the materials. You will have a specialized tour of the production winery and underground cellar where we will talk about the winemaking and aging process. We taste wines extracted directly from the barrel that we will use for this workshop (Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah) and thus create your own mixture to assemble, bottle and label your own wine which you will take as a souvenir. with the option to add 3 or 5 course Pairing (depends on the package chosen) or Tasting of 3/5 wines.
