Next, experience ANIME FANTASISTA JAPAN 2026, held on July 19 and 20. This exciting event features a variety of showcases and performances by 15 renowned animation studios based in Musashino City. As you explore the town, keep an eye out for seven unique manhole covers decorated with famous anime characters!

Begin at Gallery ZENON, operated by manga publisher Coamix Inc., to enjoy exhibitions and collaborative projects featuring popular anime and manga. Step into Japan’s world-renowned manga as an art form! Specific exhibit details for 2026 will be announced in June.

Stroll along Kichijoji’s most vibrant shopping street, keeping an eye out for anime-themed decorations. The area features seven unique manhole covers painted with popular anime characters. How many can you spot? You’ll also receive seven collectible coaster cards with the same designs as the covers.

Finish at ANIME FANTASISTA JAPAN 2026, held on the 7th floor of the Excel Hotel Tokyu. 15 local animation studios will gather to present various events and workshops, including animation screenings, animation production demonstrations, and live drawing performances by renowned animators.
