The Term Of Our Agreement

Please take the time to read the below terms and conditions in regards to your Motorbike rental. It is your responsibility to be informed of these conditions.

Motorbikes will not be rented to customers who do not read these conditions.

1. Passport must be left in our office as a deposit. We keep your passport securely stored in our 80kg safety box, ensuring protection at all times.

2.Be cover by your own insurance.

3. In the event of loss or damage, you will be responsible for any expenses that the company deems to be your fault. Please inspect the motorbikes for any damage prior to taking them. If any new damage is incurred during your rental period, please notify us immediately.

4. Scooters must remain within 60 kilometers of Siem Reap. The motorbike is not authorized for trips to Kulen mountain Koh Khe Temple, Kbal Spean, if the motorbike breaks down there, you are responsible for paying the repair and transportation costs. If you wish to visit these locations, you can rent a non-automatic motorbike from us.

5. Drivers must be at least 18 years old and be in possession of either a valid motorcycle or international driver’s license.
Please note: we cannot rent scooters/motorcycles over 125cc to individuals who are not specifically licensed to drive them in Cambodia or their home country.

6.The motorbike should be returned with the same amount of fuel as provided when you rent it.

7. When riding a motorbike, please respect Cambodian laws and road etiquette, please wear appropriate comfortable and safe clothing while riding. Keep valuables safe as the company is not responsible for the loss of valuables
8. For your own safety and to avoid a Police fine, we require you to wear a helmet properly buckled, and to drive on the right-hand side of the road, paying attention to the traffic signs.

9. Please bring back the motorcycle at the agreed upon time, A 2$ charge per hour up to maximum of 3 hours will be charged, an extra day’s rental fee will be incurred beyond this limit.

11, If you have any issues or problem with your motorcycle please contact us (+855)68898696 or ask the local people to call us (we are not responsible for any customer who decides to do something without letting the company know, eg change flat tires, put bike on tuk tuk),
