Pigeon Island beach is located 1 minute away from the famous Pigeon Island National Park which is known as a historical site. Pigeon Island was once isolated from the mainland but in 1973, it was artificially joined. If desirous you can explore the park, but an entrance fee of $10 US for adults and $3 US for children ages 5-12.
The Pigeon Island beach is known for its crystal clear warm water and white sand. The atmosphere is one of serenity as you overlook the nearby ports. Delicious local cuisines and drinks can be bought at the beach. Additionally, you can shop at the local stores for souvenirs for loved ones and local art. Water sports activities are also available. 3 hours of sunshine whiles enjoying the soothing rhythm of the waves is a guarantee for families with children and adventure seekers.
