If your pick-up point is at the airport:
1. On your way to the exit hall, take the exit to the right towards the light blue wing, and look for a coffee shop named Baretto located outside the airport (look for the blue visitor entrance). Please try to get to the cafe as soon as you're able to.
2. Make sure to wait at the exit door of the cafe, not inside.
3. The driver will come looking for you, holding a sign with your name on it.

1. Be ready 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time outside your hotel/house
