Step into a Crystal Lavvo for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Sleep in a Lavvo heated by a wood-burning fireplace for an authentic Arctic experience. Equipped with a glass ceiling so you can keep an eye on the sky at all times—even from the comfort of your bed.
Enjoy the freedom of having the whole night to search for the northern lights from the warmth and coziness of your Lavvo. If you are lucky, you might even catch different “Releases” during the night.

Enjoy a scenic journey from Tromsø, including a short ferry ride and beautiful views of mountains and fjords to get to base camp.
Upon arrival, you will be served a freshly prepared fish soup. Then, join a guided 2 km hike—on foot or with snowshoes—through beautiful Scandinavian nature. Please note that the route may be adjusted or the hike canceled depending on weather conditions.
After dinner, we will share the Northern Lights forecast with you and get the fire started in your lavvo. Once your lavvo is heated, one of our guides will escort you there and show you how to maintain the fire. Please keep in mind that the lavvo is heated by a wood-burning fireplace. You can then enjoy a peaceful night in your warm and cozy lavvo, with the entire evening ahead to search for the Northern Lights—whether you're relaxing beneath the glass ceiling or exploring the base camp surroundings.
In the morning, you will be served a traditional Norwegian breakfast before starting the return trip to Tromsø (city center). Arrival is around 11:00 a.m.
