About this experience

The Jizo River flowing along the highway blooms with the underwater flower “Ibuki Moga” in summer, its tiny white blossoms dotting the water. The water is astonishingly clear, and simply gazing at it cleanses the soul.

You can leisurely savor a course meal amidst beautiful Japanese gardens and buildings steeped in history, once lodging places for feudal lords.

At Kashiwabara-juku, the townscape of that era remains naturally preserved. You can experience a sense of stepping back in time to the Edo period, visiting places like the long-established “Ibuki Mogusa” shop lined with large barrels.
When traveling along the highway, you can race through scenery filled with a sense of openness.

Enjoy cycling while taking in the historic streetscape and nature.
