Late returns incur a fee of ¥1,100 per hour.
Bike damage fees will apply if the bicycle is harmed.
An ID is required to complete the rental process.
If the bicycle is damaged, you will be charged 10% of the total repair cost.
Helmets are not covered by the damage waiver; loss or damage requires a ¥3,850 compensation fee.
Bicycle theft is not covered by the damage waiver; full replacement cost will be charged.
