Even in winter, when public access may be limited, taxis are allowed without restrictions.

While the driver speaks only Japanese, we offer remote support in English via WhatsApp or other messaging apps if needed.

If you will have luggage, let us know in advance. Note that space is limited, and not all items may fit in the vehicle.
Be sure to specify your desired pick-up time at Oishida Station when making your reservation.
The return departure time from Ginzan Onsen cannot be selected; we will inform you of the scheduled time.
If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, the booking will be canceled without a refund.
The driver will be waiting at the station with a sign displaying your name.
If your total usage exceeds 3 hours (a 5-minute grace period is included), please pay the additional fee in cash directly to the driver.
Due to road conditions, the journey from Oishida Station to Ginzan Onsen may occasionally take over 30 minutes.
For the return trip, be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
We recommend taking a photo of the taxi's license plate to avoid confusion.
Arrival time at Oishida Station may vary depending on road conditions, so please allow extra time if you have a scheduled Shinkansen or JR train.
