The tour may be canceled in case Huis Ten Bosch is closed due to the weather (typhoon, etc.) or other reasons. For information on Huis Ten Bosch, please check the official website.
Hotel will be arranged at a 3-star hotel near Huis Ten Bosch. If Hotel Lorelai(for 3-star hotel) is fully booked, we may suggest another hotel of equal grade. Hotel availability is always changing, so if all hotels are full, we may have to cancel the tour.
The only transportation included in this tour is round-trip tickets between Hakata Station and Huis Ten Bosch Station (NON reserved seat).
If you wish to have a reserved seat, you can change to a reserved seat by yourself at the Midori-no-madoguchi before the train departs. (Change is not possible during peak season). It is unlikely that unreserved seats will be fully occupied, but there is no guarantee that seats will be available.
Once the tour has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the dates or the number of participants. In this case, please cancel the tour and make another reservation. (A default cancellation fee might be charged.)
The tickets will be delivered to the hotel you will stay in Fukuoka. Please make sure that the information on the hotel where you will be staying in Fukuoka is correct. We will send you your JR ticket at least one day before your ride. If there are any errors, you will not receive your ticket.
