The Green Mosque, built between 1412–1419 during Sultan Mehmed I’s reign is a masterpiece of early Ottoman architecture. From the tree, we'll drive up the legendary Uludag Mountain, known in antiquity as Mount Olympus. As Turkey's premier winter sports destination, this national park is stunning in all seasons. We'll head to a charming local restaurant nestled on the mountainside, where you'll enjoy a delicious lunch (often a traditional Turkish BBQ) surrounded by fresh mountain air and beautiful forest scenery.
