Tochoji is a temple in Fukuoka with a symbolic red five-stories pagoda. It has the biggest wooden seated statues is called Fukuoka Daibutsu (a Buddha statue) on the second floor of its Buddha Hall.

Tenjin Underground Shopping Center (Tenjin Chikagai) is the leargest underground shopping area in Kyushu, built underground of Tenjin, streching for 590 meters from the north to south of the down town area which leads you to access there easily from the Temjin station.
