About this experience

Great for Families arriving on CruiseLine or staying at local hotels; We meet you at the Belize Cruise Port, hotels, marine terminals. The tour starts one hour after the ship arrives in Belize. Staff carries the tubes to the caves entrance. The tubes have mesh seat bottom and Head Rest, the guides provide you with a Helmet, jacket and lights. The walk continues for twenty minutes crossing the river three times, upon arrival at the caves, here is a optional swim spot, you are provided with a luxury tube with head-rest, mesh bottom seating and rope links making the float very easy as the guide navigates the tubes thru the cave system beneath the Maya mountains, the caves have many formations and a small waterfall and the guides provide geological and historical information as you float, the float continues downstream. After the Cave activity, purchase your Lunch as there are several restaurants at the park with varied menus for you to choose your preferences.

the V.i.V. Transportation and Tour guide will meet you at Hotel or Air BnB , water taxi. On a cruise, proceed thru Terminal ONE street side where you will meet the V.i.V. staff. for cruise passengers the tour starts 1 hour after the ship arrives in port. Terminal 1 Exit. V.i.V.

• Dress code :  thick sole footwear, no flip flops, swimwear, towels, children minimum height 40 inches to participate in cave activity.

cruise ships stay 4 miles offshore, the cruise provides boat shuttle tenders guest to shore. the tenders start bringing passengers early to shore., there are 6 tenders each carrying 200 passengers going back and forth from ship to shore during the first hour. during this first hour most pre booked guest for ship tours and independents are on shore and on tour. the tender boats are then reduced to 2 tenders going through out the rest of the day. so its vital to get a early tender ticket, Come ashore early. near shore you will see the lighthouse, the terminal buildings housing giftshops. proceed to terminal 1 also known as the REEF terminal and go thru the terminal to the EXIT where street side you will see us in RED shirts and holding the V.i.V sign
