Stop 5

Cabo da Roca is the westernmost point of mainland Portugal and continental Europe.

The site can be visited, not to the extreme but to a protected area next to the cliff with an altitude of 140 m, where you will have a unique image of the coastline of Sintra

Luís Vaz de Camões described it as the place “Where the land ends and the sea begins” (in Os Lusíadas, Canto III).

On site you can discover the natural flora of the region and its diversity and, in many cases, unique species, which are the subject of various studies of biology and geomorphology, among others.

In the area there is also a lighthouse (Farol do Cabo da Roca) and a tourist shop.

6

Praia do Guincho is located on the western Atlantic coast at the end of the Sintra mountain slope and is known for being very windy.
It has excellent conditions for practicing sports such as surfing, kitesurfing and windsurfing.

The beach was recognized as one of the 7 Wonders of Portugal in the Sports Use Beach category

7
Stop 7

The name "Boca do Inferno" attributed to this place is due to its morphological shape, caused by the crashing of waves on the cliff, which over the centuries caused its natural wear and tear, as well as derived from the tremendous and frightening noise caused by the same impact of the waves
It was thought to have been an ancient cave that had collapsed.

With unique characteristics, it is a place of leisure, where you can enjoy a divine landscape and enjoy magnificent sunsets.

8
Stop 8

Cascais Marina is the largest marina on the Portuguese Riviera and the third largest in the country.

Located in the Bay of Cascais along the coast of the Citadel of Cascais, the marina is a place where you can enjoy a unique and glamorous atmosphere.

Over the last few years, it has been the stage for numerous high-level sailing events, such as the America's Cup World Series, the World Match Racing Tour and the Audi MedCup.
