Detailed itinerary

Already leaving Arequipa bound for Chivay, we will make a trip of approximately 3 hours, crossing the entire protected area of the national reserve of salinas and aguada blanca.

town of Chivay (3600masl), Here we will make our first stop to have our American-Andean breakfast. Next we will continue along the left bank of the Colca Valley, appreciating the beauty of its nature.

Mirador Antahuilque - Antahuilque (3400), will give us a wonderful view towards the beginning of the COLCA CANYON, we will be able to appreciate the rocky formation of said canyon, we will clearly notice the difference between the valley and the canyon and we will taste the Sancayo. View of enchanted lagoons of Lari.
Here we will be from 15' to 20' to appreciate the natural landscape.

Cruz del Cura Viewpoint - CRUZ DEL CONDÓR. Ritual activity of gratitude to Pachamama and the surrounding Apus. For this attraction there will be a walk along the edge of the Colca Canyon and the river of the same name.

Maca (3300) Traditional town where you will live the experience of sharing with the local people, visiting their church and appreciating their crafts.

Chacapi Thermal Baths - At this point we can take a break and relax our muscles by taking a volcanic water bath rich in mineral salts.

Chivay - Town and capital of the province of Caylloma, here we will have a certain time to have lunch Buffet that offers a wide variety of typical local and national dishes.

Mirador de los Andes - (4910) highest point of the entire route, we will make a stop to appreciate the volcanoes that surround our Arequipeña region.

Here we will make a stop to appreciate the herds of South American camelids such as: vicuña, llamas, alpacas and other animals.
Then we will return to the city of Arequipa (3 hours).

We will take the Salinas - Arequipa national reserve route, making a journey of approximately 3 hours until we reach the historic center of Arequipa.
