From June to September, the temple becomes even more magical, with thousands of colorful wind chimes adorned with handwritten wishes swaying gently in the breeze, creating a dreamlike and tranquil ambiance. Nyoirinji Temple offers a perfect blend of cultural curiosity and natural beauty, making it a memorable stop for travelers seeking something truly unique. From April 1 to September 30, the temple grounds are decorated with thousands of "wind chimes" with wishes for a safe summer written on them. The colorful paper strips hanging on the wind chimes swaying in the wind are a very dreamy sight.
Admire the iconic cone-shaped Mount Yufu, rising 1,583 meters above sea level. Although you won’t be hiking the entire peak, this stop provides stunning photo opportunities and a chance to appreciate Kyushu’s natural grandeur.

The street, lined with quaint wooden buildings and cobblestone paths, invites visitors to stroll through an atmosphere steeped in nostalgia and tranquility. Small cafes and teahouses offer the perfect stop for a warm drink, with some even featuring outdoor seating that offers scenic views of Mount Yufu in the background.
Along the street, travelers will encounter boutique art galleries showcasing local artists, their works often inspired by the natural beauty of the area. The air is filled with the sweet fragrance of freshly baked goods, and the soft sound of traditional Japanese music drifts from the open windows of the shops.
At Sea Hell Hot Springs (Umijigoku) in Beppu, Japan, travelers will find themselves immersed in a surreal, otherworldly experience. This famous "hell" is one of the many hot spring attractions in Beppu, and it offers a unique, visually striking atmosphere. As visitors approach, the first thing they'll notice is the vibrant blue, ocean-like color of the hot spring's water, which is heated to a scalding temperature by the geothermal activity below. The vivid turquoise hue of the water contrasts beautifully with the surrounding lush greenery and the steam rising from the hot pools. Overall, Umijigoku offers an unforgettable experience of nature's raw power and beauty, blending the ancient tradition of hot springs with the mystery of the land's geothermal wonders.
Jinlin Lake, Jinlin Lake, where there is a legend that a dragon once lived, adds a mysterious touch to the lake. This legend may be related to the special phenomenon of the lake (the mist produced by the confluence of hot springs and clear water), which strengthens its "fairyland" atmosphere.
The Stove Hell allows you to see six types of hell at once. There are hot mud gushing out from the ground, steam gushing out from the rocks, and other landscapes.
