Your local street food tour guide, who is extremely passionate about Vietnamese street cuisine, will pick you up from your hotel by taxi before taking you on your culinary excursion to a non-tourist sector and our first stop will be at a famous local restaurant (over 30 years opening) in district 3 specializing in “Bánh Mì Thịt Nướng” (Southern Banh Mi Style with marinated beef).

You continue to immerse yourself in delectable cuisine as you make your way to the food alleys in the centre of the street food district, where you can sample a tasty "Bún Bò" Lemongrass Beef Noodles Soup, prepared by a local chef with more than 25 years of experience. Next up on your food adventure is "Bánh Cuốn" - Steamed rice rolls. Inside each piece of rolls, the sweet aroma of the mixture of pork, chopped onions, Jicama, mushrooms, salt, fish sauce, and black pepper, all lightly stir-fried before steaming will tantalize the taste eaters’ buds. You will experience the perfect fusion of 4 delicious flavors just after the first bite.
