Detailed itinerary

1

The Blue Lagoon by Comino, is a spectacular bay with relatively shallow, azure-coloured crystal water located on the West coast of Comino island, between Malta and Gozo. Visiting Comino's Blue Lagoon by a private boat offers one of the most spectacular sights around the Maltese islands, attracting hundreds of tourists daily during the summer months.

We do several swimming and snorkeling stops by Comino and the one at Blue Lagoon is a must. At Blue Lagoon, you may swim and snorkel at the clear blue waters. We anchor at the best spot in the lagoon that you will definitely enjoy.

2

Crystal Lagoon is an area located North West of the island of Comino. This breath taking beautiful place is known for its crystal clear turquoise waters and has numerous caves, some even shallow with sandy beds.

Here we do another stop so you may spend great time swimming and snorkeling or even fishing. The bream fish is very common here. We will provide you with snorkeling masks that you can use for free. We will also show you around the caves by this lagoon, where several big movies were produced such as Lovers cave and Popeye's cave.

3

We will also cruise by Gozo south coast, area of Qala. We will visit Tal-Halfa beach, Hondoq bay and Bemberin gorge.

The clay-rich beach at Tal-Halfa is located behind a big solitary rock called Halfa Rock that is full of history. Hondoq beach is another beautiful pebbly beach with nice blue
turquoise water, and close by we will also visit the Bemberin gorge that is a hidden inlet that can only be accessed by boat and has several magnificent caves to offer.

This place in particular offers great spots for cliff diving fanatics, not to mention the amazing crystal clear water for the best swimming time.

4

Santa Maria Bay is a small, sandy beach and a quieter option than its popular neighbour, The Blue Lagoon, which is only a 20 minute walk away. It is a better option for the bathers looking for some relaxation.

Santa Maria Bay has shallow, clear waters and is set just next to Comino’s cute little police station to keep control the boats around Comino. Santa Maria Bay might have some dead algae on the shore due to the currents, other than that, the beach is sandy and clean, surrounded with tamarisk trees that provide some shade from the summer sun.

5

On our way by Comino, we will pass by an interesting rock formation called the Elephant Rock. This is a natural arch that as the name suggests, is shaped like an elephant with its head dipping in the water for a drink. It is located on the east side of Comino Island.

The seabed is sandy with sparse posidoniae patches and it is suitable for all levels of divers, depth ranges from 3m to 18 metres. We will pass by this attraction at any time during the trip so get your cameras ready!

6

The Santa Maria Caves are located on the north side of Comino and this is a very popular dive site due to its fascinating cave systems.

These shallow caves are a series of 5 caves and they classify as some of the most fascinating cave systems in the world.

The beautiful settings and entrances of these caves have also been used in filming the movie 'The count of Monte Cristo'. During our boat trip, we will visit these amazing caves and admire their natural formation and beauty.
