This 3 hour river safari by boat begins on the Kings Bay Manatee Refuge and takes you on a leisurely cruise out to the Gulf of Mexico and back. Along the way detours will be made one some of the rivers tributaries where we will be in search of various wildlife that inhabit this area. We will pass by the Crystal River Archeological site where you will see the remnants of the temple mound visited Native Americans from as far away away as Central America. As we wind down river toward the Gulf keeps your eyes open for Manatees, Dolphin, Eagles, Osprey, Alligators, Shore Birds and so many other creatures that make their home on the Nature Coast.
Your guide will point out the interesting flora and fauna that is to be found so keep your camera at the ready.
Bottled water is provided and you are welcome to bring snacks and beverages of your choice. This 3 hour safari is limited to just 6 participants so there is plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and the boat is covered for comfort.

See Crystal River tours is located at Pete's Pier in Crystal River. After parking, please pay for parking at the Pete's Pier Gift Shop or the kiosk by the boat ramp and then you will continue to the Bait Shop where you will meet your captain.
