What you'll see

Our only customer on each trip is you! We provide direct, non-stop transportation, using toll roads where possible, (which is included in the price).

When arriving at the airport locate the desk labeled, ‘Prearranged Transportation.’ Here you will need to register by simply telling the attendant you are being picked up by Wheelz Niagara. The attendant will contact your driver, who will proceed to the pick-up location. (This will take approx. 10 minutes).

*Once you have booked with Wheelz Niagara, a booking confirmation and a detailed set of instructions, including pictures, will be emailed to you. These instructions will help you navigate your way through the airport to get to the designated waiting areas and ultimately your vehicle and driver.
You will be looking for a silver vehicle that is marked with our ‘Wheelz Niagara’ logo on both sides.

Our vehicles are fully Licensed and Insured as well as smoke-free. They are professionally maintained, inside and out.

To properly schedule an airport, pick-up/drop-off, we require a complete pick-up and drop-off address, your flight numbers, the airlines, the time of your arrival/departure, the date of your arrival/departure and a cell phone contact number, as well as an email address.
