We will pass by important emblematic places such as the Archaeological Center of Huaca Pucllana (visit from outside), the oldest evidence of Miraflores built 1500 years ago, then we will appreciate beautiful republican residences of European and American influence that are preserved in Miraflores. The bus will continue to San Isidro (the financial capital ) modern and exclusive district of the city.
We will continue to El Parque de la Reserva, a historic place where Peruvian reservists gathered to defend our city during the Pacific War conflict, today a popular city park called the Magic Water Circuit created in 2007 and holds the Guinness Record for being the largest fountain complex in the world in a public park. After, we will visit the colonial city, the place that was the capital of the viceroyalty of Peru of Spain, where we can see colonial mansions, balconies, palaces, Plaza San Martín, an important public space that bears the name of the liberator of Peru Don José de San Martín who proclaims the independence of Peru on July 28, 1821, then we will walk through the pedestrian streets of the historic center with the guide where we will visit the Plaza Mayor or Plaza de Armas, the place where the most important buildings of the government of Peru are located, such as the Palace Presidential, the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima, the Archbishop's Palace, the Union Club and the Cathedral of Lima.
You will visit the convent of San Francisco de Lima and its famous catacombs.
The tour of the Lima catacombs is completely underground and lasts approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
