Upon arrival we will have a breakfast.
Free time for breakfast, you can choose where you want to eat, we will recommend some restaurants.
The full day begins with the tour to the Cabracancha waterfalls, viewpoint of the Hanging Bridge, Calicanto waterfall. From here we will go to the 70-meter suspension bridge at the Cabracancha waterfalls.
Carhuayno Viewpoint:
From this beautiful viewpoint we can appreciate the Ampy and Quiriano valley.
Huallhua Viewpoint:
Here we can visualize the beauty of the Huallhua lagoon and its turquoise waters. In this place we will take a boat ride (optional 20 soles) visiting floating cages, waterfalls, the pre-Inca bridge and its platforms. We will appreciate a majestic view of the “Las Rosas” waterfalls surrounded by diverse flora and fauna. We will continue with the visit and border the hidden lagoon surrounded by native trees such as karkas and quinuales. In addition, we will observe the Quimllo necropolis (we will reveal its funerary secrets), the Huaqui inn.
Above all, they will learn about authentic myths and legends, such as that of the mermaids and the payment to the lagoon.
We return walking towards the mobility, we will do a short walk along the beautiful Cañete River.
Return to Huancaya: Tour of the Plaza de Armas of Huancaya, also the museum there. Free time to purchase souvenirs and local products (cheese, honey, trout, etc.).
Lunch:
You will be able to enjoy the best local dishes of this place, trout being the queen and you will find it in different presentations: grilled, fried, ceviche, pork rinds and more.
