At the beginning of the tour, we pass through Orio, a well-known village famous for its rowing team, one of the best in the region. On competition days, locals show their support by hanging yellow flags from the balconies.

We may also spot pilgrims walking the Camino de Santiago, as our route follows part of their journey.
