After a two-hour drive we will reach the entrance for the Longji Terraces where you need purchase entrance tickets for the rice terraces in Dazhai Village and then also need about a 40-minute drive. This village has the most famous and beautiful rice terraces in Longji.
The Dragon's Backbone Rice Terraces is a splendid agricultural spectacle with a history of more than 650 years. The most eye-catching part of the terrace cluster is the Ping'an Village Rice Terrace, which was the earliest one discovered by tourists and photographers. Numerous narrow rice fields dug along the hill slopes form terraces connected by winding flagstone trails. There are viewing platforms for visitors to view the entire terrace fields built tier upon tier. While you are there you can also experience the minority Zhuang people's traditional way of life. It is quite interesting to help them in the fields, try on their bright-colored ethnical costumes, and visit their unique stilted houses.

When we arrive in Dazhai village age, our English speaking driver will show you the local map and tell you how to travel this village and you can hiking or use the cable car.
Dazhai Village with Jinkeng Rice Terraces is situated about 120km away from Guilin City and 50km from Longsheng County. some The Red Yao people living in Dazhai Village which is part of Jinkeng Red Yao Villages have a pristine life. They are good at singing and dancing and like to wear Red Yao clothes.
You can hike to Jinkeng Rice Terraces to enjoy the terraces and villages view. The houses in the village spread around Jinkeng Rice Terraces. Appreciating nature together with discovering Red Yao culture will enrich your trip in Longsheng.
There are 3 viewpoints for the sunrise: Viewpoint 1 (“Xishan Shaoyue” – the highest and most extensive viewpoint) ideal for photographing the sunrise and sunset, Viewpoint 2 (Thousands-layer Terraces – Qianceng Tianti) proper for enjoying the sunrise and Dazhai Yao Village and Golden Buddha Peak (Jinfo Ding) best for photographing the sunset.
