Eligibility: Our rental services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old, have a valid ID card, and a credit or debit card in their name. By using our rental services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required for all e-bike rentals and is 200.00 € (EUR) per bicycle. The security deposit will be refunded to you upon return of the e-bike, provided that it is returned in the same condition as it was rented.
