Istanbul has traffic issue. I suggest you use metro, ferry as much as you can. Instructions to the address for public transportation is written on tickets

2- Istanbul has a big traffic issue. Usually, there are decent public transportation to arrive at any location. Instructions to arrive at the address by public transportation:
- If you are coming from the old town (Sultanahmet, Hagiasophia, Grandbazaar, Eminönü);
I would suggest to take the tram to Kabataş. From Kabataş, you can either take a taxi or bus, or even walk for 25 minutes. This would be a nice walk.
- If you are coming from Taksim area;
You can take any bus to Beşiktaş that don't go to Ortaköy and get off at Barbaros Bulvarı station. From there, you will walk 5 minutes to the location.
If you take busses that go to Ortaköy, you can get off at Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi stop. After that, you would need to walk for 10 minutes, which will be more steep than the previous option.
Once you are at Selamlık Street, look for number 21, Evim Apt. It is a bit above the car park, the gate of the building is right across Abbasaga Mosque. You can ring the bell on the left side, number 6. After that, you will walk up one floor.
