Hotel Pickup in Zurich – Begin your private Christmas tour from Zurich with a comfortable ride to the Rhine Falls. The driving time is about 45-60 minutes.

After about 1 hour drive you will reach the highlight of this day, the magnificent medieval Laufen Castle overlooking the Rhine Falls. Today the castle serves as a tourist attraction and contains a restaurant. From the castle, a footpath leads you to several viewpoints near the Rhine Falls. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the water flow. Entrance fees to the Rhine Falls: Adults 5 CHF, Children 3 CHF)

Explore Europe's largest waterfall and one of the most important tourist attractions in Switzerland! Enjoy the unique view from the panoramic lift and see how an average of 700000 liters of water per second plunge over a width of 150 meters into the basin below. The Belvedere Panorama Trail takes you to the viewing platform directly above the falls, where you can feel the spray of the roaring water. Take time to admire the panoramic view from the glass elevator or hike to the viewpoints above and around the falls to marvel at the roar and power of the falls. Scenic Drive to Stein am Rhein (20 min) – Relax along the Rhine River with picturesque views. Märlistadt Christmas Market (60 min) – Guided walk through the illuminated old town, enjoy festive treats, and browse handcrafted gifts. It is known for its well-preserved medieval half-timbered houses with painted facades, which can be found around the town hall square in the old town. After walking through the beautiful town, we reach the St. Georgen monastery on the banks of the Rhine, a former Benedictine abbey with a museum.

The medieval Hohenklingen Castle stands on a hill above the town. We will visit the old castle and enjoy the wonderful view over the region, the medieval town Stein am Rhein and lake of Constance.
