Detailed itinerary

1

도깨비도로(Mysterious Road)
This fun spot is called the Jeju Mysterious Road or Dokkaebi Road. It earned its name because when you place a car on this steep road, the car does not roll down but it goes up, defying gravity.
This is actually an optical illusion, in which the surroundings trick the eye and make the road look like it is tilted in the opposite direction.

2

Eoseungsaengak (Eoseungsaeng Volcanic Cone), a parasitic volcano of Hallasan Mountain, can be climbed from the Eorimok District of Hallasan Mountain National Park. From Cheonwangsa Temple, take the 1100 Road from Cheonwangsa Temple to Seogwipo. It takes about an hour round trip from Eorimok to the top of Eoseungsaengak Peak. The hiking trail is made of log stairs, and the floor is laid with wide wooden boards as a measure to prevent soil loss at the summit. At the beginning of the trail, there is a sign that reads "Eoseungsaengak Hiking Trail". The origin of the name Eoseungsaeng came from "the place where the king's horse flies", and there is an interesting legend related to it. A central official was exiled after being falsely accused of treason. This official died here, worrying only about the king and the country, but he said, "I will be reborn and become a horse ridden by the king to support the king." He died without speaking.

3

주상절리(Jusangjeolli Cliff)
Jeju Jungmun Resort is blessed with not only beautiful natural scenery but also with numerous entertainment and convenience facilities catering to both domestic and international tourists. Jusangjeolli Cliff, near the International Convention Center Jeju, delivers a sight to behold with its gigantic rock pillars running along the costal line.

4

외돌개 (Oedolgae)
Oedolgae, the starting point of Jeju Olle Trail Course 7, is a stone pillar that rises 20m high from the sea. Standing alone on the sea, it was named ‘Oedolgae’. It is also called ‘General Stone’ and ‘Grandma Rock’, and there is a story that General Choi Yeong decorated this rock like a general when fighting against the Yuan Dynasty and made the enemy self-destruct. For the origin of the name 'Grandma Rock', read the legend below. Not only the visible rocks, but also the life of Jeju people waiting for the people of the sea can be seen.

정방폭포( Jeongbangpokpo Falls)
Seogwipo, which includes the entire southern half of Jeju, exhibits a great amount of sunshine and warm temperatures, attracting crowds of tourists all year round. One attraction many people choose to visit is Jeongbangpokpo Falls, one of the top three waterfalls on Jeju Island. The water falls 23 meters straight down off the cliff and into a pool before flowing to the sea.Located on the cliff behind Jeongbangpokpo Falls is Waljong Art Gallery. This gallery is dedicated to the Korean artist Lee Wal Jong, who settled in Jeju decades ago. The gallery is filled with his inspiring artworks, expressing the beauty of Jeju in his own unique way. The strategic location and glass-walled second floor also offer visitors an amazing view looking over the sea.

6

Seogwipo Olle Market is the largest market in Seogwipo-si and a traditional market that was created spontaneously in the early 1960s. Starting with a 120m arcade in 2001, a total of 620m arcade arcades have been installed to play a pivotal role in Seogwipo's economy.
The parking lot here provides maximum convenience to customers by introducing a 1-hour free parking system, and is equipped with a delivery system that delivers goods to the desired location for free for the convenience of customers who purchase products at the market. It is also equipped with an outdoor performance hall and a park with a fountain for future potential customers, teenagers.

Stop 7

천지연폭포(Cheonjiyeon Falls)
At Cheonjiyeon Falls, white water falls from the rock cliff and make a thundering sound. It gets its name because it means “sky connected with land.” It is 22m high and 12m wide, and the view and the sound that the waters create when they fall is magnificent. Not only Elaeocarpus, which is designated as Natural Monument 163, but also a variety of temperate plants such as brambles, Psilotum nudum (L.) Griseb., Siebold's chinquapin, Shiny xylosma, and camellias grow in the valley near Cheonjiyeon Falls.
