The West tour begins in Fátima, a holy city for Christians, where you will visit the Sanctuary of Fátima, one of the most important Catholic pilgrimage centers in the world. Here, you can admire the imposing Basilica of Nossa Senhora do Rosário, the Chapel of Apparitions and the impressive Monument of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
The journey continues to Batalha, where you will discover the Monastery of Batalha, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an impressive example of Portuguese Gothic architecture. Here, you'll stroll through its cloisters and halls, admire its sculptures and paintings and marvel at the beauty of its architectural design.
The next stop is in Alcobaça, where you will visit the majestic Monastery of Alcobaça, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful examples of Cistercian architecture in Portugal, where you can admire its stunning architecture, including the impressive tombs of Pedro and Inês de Castro.
