Precursors of Cheese Tourism, an immersive experience in nature, to learn about and live the world of cheese from its beginnings and value the profession of shepherds.
Interactive, personal and unique visit for the senses.
You will discover the heart of an artisan raw sheep milk cheese factory, its ways of working and caring for the cheese from the collection of the milk to its sale, through its production, maturation and conservation.

From any other site, enter the town and follow Salamanca direction. We are at the exit on the right hand side.
We will be waiting for you at the entrance of the store.
