About this experience

Un appagante Time-lapse del Molise nel tempo di una "degustazione".
La nostra famiglia, i Palazzo, iniziarono la costruzione della masseria dove sorge la cantina all’incirca nel 1500. Fossi in voi mi fiderei del nostro storico legame con Vino e Cibo. Alcuni nostri antenati erano i cellerari dell’Abbazia di Santa Maria in Valle. Ancora oggi, in paese, a testimonianza di ciò, il nostro vino e per tutti quello dei “Cellarin’”, nostro soprannome e termine dialettale per indicare il cellerario. L’abbazia, situata nell’agro di Baranello sorgeva proprio nei pressi di alcune nostre vigne, di lì la nostra esclusiva denominazione “Vigna dell’Abbazia”.
Tornando a noi, ad accogliervi e mostrarvi le nostre meraviglie ci saranno Livio Palazzo ed Emilia Alferi, fondatori di Principe delle Baccanti insieme a loro figlio, Giuseppe. Le persone mangiano e bevono per vivere. Noi abbiamo fieramente invertito l’ordine e viviamo nel sogno dato che la nostra passione coincide con il nostro lavoro.

Arrivati da noi sarete accolti e insieme ai proprietari dell'azienda visiterete una nostra vigna per comprendere le fasi fenologiche della pianta, il suo ciclo biologico e le lavorazioni necessarie. In seguito sarete portati alla scoperta della Cantina dove verranno condivisi metodi e filosofie produttive. Prima di dirigerci in sala degustazione si visiterà il nostro museo aziendale permanente della civiltà contadina dove nel corso delle generazioni sono stati raccolti tutti gli attrezzi in uso nell'agricoltura del passato. A coronamento di questa fase informativa ci sarà la degustazione delle nostre migliori etichette insieme a prodotti tipici di altissima qualità accuratamente selezionati e affinati da noi se non integralmente prodotti.
