The Urnerboden, Switzerland's largest alp, offers a magnificent Alpine panorama. Here I prepare an exclusive Alpine picnic for you, with cheese from our own farm. You will also experience a small raclette cooking class where you will learn how the Swiss classic is traditionally prepared.
