Explore the best of Portugal’s Atlantic coast on this exclusive small group tour (maximum 8 people). This excursion from Lisbon combines natural discoveries, small typical villages and incredible monuments.
Start with the majestic UNESCO-listed Monastery of Alcobaça, then the giant waves of Nazaré and its gastronomy and stunning views of the ocean and its beaches. Continue through the secret coves of the Atlantic coast and the sumptuous coastal landscapes of the region, then end the day in the enchanted medieval village of Óbidos where we will have a Ginja tasting.

Stop 1

After admiring the facade of this superb Gothic monument, we will enter the main church where you will be struck by the height of the columns. The love story associated with this monument will be told to you during the visit.

Your guide will take you to the most beautiful views that Nazaré has to offer:
- the “Sitio” with its view of the lower town and its magnificent beach
- the “Praia do Norte”, a surfer’s paradise with its big waves

Lunch at a local restaurant to taste Portuguese cuisine.

Your guide will take you off the beaten track on small roads by the ocean which will offer you incredible panoramas for your eyes and your photos. Whether on the edge of a cliff or on the beach, you will be surprised by the beauty of these landscapes.

The discovery of this medieval village will be made through its small streets, its cobblestones and its ramparts, a real journey back in time. You will be given a few minutes to enjoy the shops, then your guide will offer you a ginjinha (a delicious morello cherry liqueur served in a chocolate cup) before heading back to Lisbon.
