About this experience
This small group tour from Lisbon begins with an adventure on the Aqueduct dos Pegões, a vertiginous building located outside the city.
We will then visit the Convent of Christ, a monument with sumptuous architecture overlooking the city and occupied by the Templars.
After a lunch to taste the local gastronomy, we will walk in the town of Tomar to appreciate its calm and sweetness of life, its alleys and I will explain its incredible history related to the Tabuleiros distributed in the city!!!
This off-the-beaten-track cultural tour will end with free time in the old town without forgetting to take a souvenir photo in front of TOMAR.

Exterior view of this incredible aqueduct whose height reaches 30 meters in height. For people who are not afraid of heights, we can venture on the aqueduct to its middle.

We will admire the UNESCO-listed Convent of Christ and the superb view of Tomar from the ramparts. Then we will visit the interior of the Convent (price not included: 15€/person) where I will explain the different stages of construction of this monument, including its sumptuous Charola and its Manueline window.

Lunch at a local restaurant to taste Portuguese cuisine.

Observation of the different details and monuments of the square (town hall, church, statue), then visit the city center and walk along the Nabao River.

Free time to discover local life, shops, cafes at your own pace.
