About this experience

The Perdana Botanical Garden is a beautiful destination for visitors to Kuala Lumpur. The gardens feature tropical plants and rare fruit trees, as well as a fish pond and waterfall. There are also various cafes located within the garden.

The Orchid Gardens of Lake Gardens Kuala Lumpur is a one of its kind garden, surrounded by lush greenery. The Orchid Gardens is located at the highest point of the Lake Gardens. The main aim of this garden is to showcase the various species of orchid of this region as well as a center where conservation of orchids and the study of them are done.

Besides that, if you are a bird lover, Kuala Lumpur Bird Park is the perfect destination for you to visit. There are more than 200 species and home to more than 3,000 birds of local and foreign birds. 

Next, The Butterfly Park which houses some 6000 butterflies of over 120 species. This park also offers a souvenir store for the tourists at the end of the tour.

Detailed itinerary

Stop 1 Pass by

Greet & Meet at Your Hotel at 0930 hrs and we start the tour to Orchid Garden, followed by Kuala Lumpur Bird Park and Butterfly Park. This tour include all Parks Entry Tickets. Tour will be conducted in 3.5 Hrs.

We will pass by Perdana Botanical Garden or commonly known as Lake Gardens. Situated right smack in the city and despite being in a central location, many have not ventured into this lovely park. Many working in the area are not even aware of its existence, which is such a shame!

The Lake Gardens covers 91.6 hectares spanning parks and gardens. Established in 1888, the place was built around an artificial lake and many joggers and families flock there for a stroll, jog or just a fresh breath of air. Families with kids in tow might favor the playground more where the kids can squeal in excitement as parents give them a gentle shove on the swing or bounce them up and down the see-saws – definitely quality family time indeed.

Stop 3

Next stop is The Bird Park. visitors will have an exciting experience of watching colourful and melodic birds perching and winging about freely while relaxing in a natural and beautifully landscaped surrounding. KL Bird Park is also reputed to be the largest walk-in free-flight aviary in the world. With every step you take, there will definitely be birds that catch your attention. Some of the main attractions of the park are the hornbill park, the flamingo pond, the world of parrots, the egg incubation area, the bird gallery and education center just to name a few. Daily activities at the Bird Park include bird shows, eagle feeding, hornbill feeding and so much more.

Stop 4

Last park to end the tour is Butterfly Park, visitors will have astonishing memories with the pattern ,colourful and beautiful butterflies. It has 6000 species around the world. There are also a nursery and breeding area where you can see the butterfly larvae emerging as butterflies from their cocoons where you can learn about the metamorphosis process of the caterpillar to a full grown butterfly. This is definitely a great place to bring your kids.

Once completed, our driver/guide will drop you back to your hotel (Within City Center)/pick up point.
