Batu Caves, Kuala Selangor Fireflies, Genting Highlands with Cable Car Ride Tour (Malaysia Tour Package)
Our First stop will be at limestone hills of Batu Caves that comprises of three caverns and several smaller caves. It is the shrine of Lord Murugah, a Hindu deity – a flight of 272 steps lead up to the temple cave. Another cave, called the museum cave, is filled with images of deities and murals depicting scenes from the Hindu scruptures.
Feel free to do shopping during free time.
Stop at the cable car station and take a awana skyway cable car ride, with the sky above you and a tropical rainforest below, ride up to the hilltop on the longest and fastest cable car in southeast Asia.

Next stop will be at Genting Highlands - amidst the freshness of cool, crisp mountain air about 6,000 feet above sea level, lies Malaysia's only casino resort.
After a few hours here, we will proceed to our next stop which is Kuala Selangor.

Bukit Melawati is a popular tourist attraction. The hill overlooks the Strait of Malacca and has a lighthouse as well as the remains of the Kota Melawati fort.
Formerly named Altingsburg Lighthouse, after a Dutch governor. Built in 1907 and started operating in 1910.

Dinner before the firefly boat tour, you will have dinner at one of the many seafood restaurants inside the park or near location. These restaurants are known for its delicious seafood dishes which is located near the waterfront. Your driver will take you to the best restaurant of that row.

You will be taken on a boat ride along the Selangor River where the fireflies inhibit around the branches of the “Berembang” trees along the riverbank.

For maximum visibility, the best time to experience Kuala Selangor’s fireflies is slightly after 8pm on a clear, moonless night. Any later than that, and the fireflies may have found a mate, causing them to stop flashing.
