We'll start our tour at Chow Kit Market, one of the largest wet markets in Kuala Lumpur, where we'll sample some of the delicious street food and learn about the history of this bustling market. We'll then cycle
down Jln TAR and explore the dying trades in the area, including traditional textile shops and local crafts. Next, we'll admire the colorful street art that decorates the walls of the neighborhood and learn about the local artists who created it. We'll visit several houses of worship, including the Chow Kit Jamek Mosque and the Sri Lankan Hindu temple, to learn about the religious and cultural diversity of
the neighborhood. We'll also cycle down The Heritage Row, a row of beautifully restored colonial-era shophouses that have been converted into trendy cafes, restaurants, and shops.
