The fishing on the bay is an exciting chance to reel in Sheepshead, Black Drum, Sandtrout, Whiting, and many others, including SHARK! Bay fishing trips primarily target tasty sand trout and whiting, but customers will also have opportunities to catch red drum and black drum. Customers can also bring their own gear if they desire, but Captain Murphy’s will not be responsible for it.

Turn right off Queen Isabella Causeway, travel 1/2 mile, turn right into Sea Ranch Marina. Look for Captain Murphy's Fishing Charters at the end of the blue and white building. Check in at Captain Murphy's office before boarding. Your fishing boat will be the Hard Bottom Too.

****During Summer Season, traffic becomes backed up to the Island some days for over an hour or two. Please plan to arrive on the Island accordingly. We ask that you arrive at least 1 hour prior to departure to check in. We will not hold the boat past 10 minutes. Our departure times are quick turn around, and cannot wait past that time. ***When you arrive for departure, your reservation will be on our manifest and check in will exchange your reservation for a boarding pass.

***Bay Fishing guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Alcohol is permitted, but NO GLASS containers are allowed. Small ice chests are allowed onboard the bay fishing vessels.
