What you'll see

Reservation confirmation: Once the reservation is made, the passenger will receive a confirmation of the same. This confirmation can be sent by email, text message or through the app, and must include reservation details such as departure date and time, pickup location, and destination address.

Pickup: On the day and time of the scheduled departure, the assigned driver will arrive at the pickup location specified in the reservation. The driver must be identified and easily recognized by the passenger. In some cases, the driver may call the passenger to confirm the pickup location.

Boarding the vehicle: Once the driver arrives at the pickup location, the passenger must board the vehicle. The driver must help the passenger with their luggage, if necessary.

Transfer to destination: The driver will take the passenger to the destination specified in the reservation. During the transfer, the driver must respect all traffic regulations and ensure that the passenger reaches his or her destination safely and comfortably.

Unloading: Once the destination is reached, the driver will help the passenger get out of the vehicle and unload their luggage, if necessary.
