Smoking, eating or drinking is not allowed in the entire Palace premises.
Taking photographs is not allowed inside the Palace.
It is not allowed: touching pieces, works of art, leaning on furniture or sitting on chairs.
It is not permitted to enter the premises with suitcases or travel packages.
The ticket is personal and non-transferable, valid only for the day, time and number of people indicated on them. No changes or refunds are allowed.
To access the Palace you must be in possession of a valid ticket or pass with a QR code that must be shown to access control personnel and must be kept until departure.
