War Museum
we start our exploration of Siem Reap with a visit to the War Museum to reflect on Cambodian history under the brutal control of the Khmer Rouge. It is important to understand this dark chapter and how it has impacted still to this day on the Cambodian people.
City Exploration
We explore the city taking in Pub Street which is the main tourist entertainment area with many fine restaurants, markets and bars. It is also home to a variety of markets. Get a glimpse of the daily lives of the locals and the unique culture that blends new with traditional ways.
Markets
We head to the central markets which are home to a treasure trove of things waiting to be discovered and bargained for. Find that special gift for a friend, family member or just for you ! Close to the markets are many fine artisan and craft shops to also explore down the streets and alleyways.
Artisans D'Angkor
We finish our morning with a visit to Artisans Angkor which was developed from the ambitious belief that it is possible to revive ancient Khmer Arts & Crafts while improving the lives of thousands of people living in rural areas. Not only has Artisans Angkor become a company dedicated to the preservation of traditional Khmer skills in silk-making, stone and wood carving, lacquering and painting, but it is also an organization committed to promote the development of individuals and secure their future by the means of education and welfare.

Cambodian Cultural Village
We finish our Tour with a visit to the Cambodian Cultural Village has assembled miniatures of famous historical buildings and structures, local customs and practices of the ethnic groups that make up the Cambodian population. There are 13 unique villages, which represent difference cultural heritages with 8 different live shows performed during the day. Guests will be able to enjoy traditional dancing performed by their dancers that reflect the unique culture and practises of each different indigenous group.
