Learn firsthand about the art of sake brewing from Takahiro Nagayama, the fifth-generation brewer and master sake maker at Nagayama Honke Sake Brewery.
After the tour, relax in a retro-modern brewery café, where you can enjoy a tasting of six varieties of Ube’s local sake, perfectly paired with dishes featuring locally sourced ingredients.
