During the Discovery Trip "The Fire of Freedom", you will explore the city of Wageningen during a 90-minute self-guided walking tour. In 90 minutes, you will see the most iconic places of Wageningen while solving fun puzzles about the environment. Do your best and set a new high score for the trip together with your friends or family.
As Discovery Trips is self-guided, there are no fixed starting times. You can pick whenever you want to start discovering. Furthermore, the trip is available in Dutch.

You will visit the "Grote kerk" of Wageningen. We will discover the area around the chruch but we will not be necessary to enter the chruch. In case you want to enter the location, you can do this on your own accord.
We pass by the original city hall of Wageningen. This is the public town hall of Wageningen. It will be not nesessary to enter the town hall. In case you want to enter the location, you can do this on your own accord.
During the tour, you will travel through the Torckpark.
As we learn more about Wageningen, you will also be brough to the Grebbedijk.
During the trip, you will visit the "Schip van Blaauw". It will not not be necessary to enter the location for the Trip. In case you want to enter the location, you can do this on your own accord if the location is open.
You will also see the Arboretum. Be aware that the Arboretum will close around 5 pm.

After confirmation, you will receive an activation code for your trip in TripAdvisor's message box and in a text message. If you do not receive such a message within 5 minutes of receiving the Tripadvior ticket, please send us a message through TripAdvisor.
